Experience includes authoring reports on various topics including “Patient Registries,” “Dashboard Production” and “Business Intelligence (BI) Best Practices” and “Data de-identification” among others. He has also been project manager and designer on several health related data collection tools and data presentation tools.
Other projects he has participated in or led include work on the creation of health data warehouses, enhancement of disease registry tools, health informatics and health services research for agencies such as the University of Massachusetts’ Medical School, Lockheed Martin Information Technology, and the US Air Force Medical Service. Other work has included study and sample designs for clinical trials and other scientific studies. He has also provided expert determination on multiple data de-identification projects. He provided statistical expertise the development of Phase II clinical trials submission for a crossover comparator design to the Food and Drug Administration.
